Valentyn Mishyn, founder of the clinic, osteopath graduated from  Montreal Academy of Osteopathy, member of AQO, massage therapist (RMQ), naturopath (ANPQ)

His true passion for the health field led Valentyn to complete training in several disciplines, such as osteopathy, massage therapy and naturopathy. In addition, he discovered a great interest in following training in kinesiology. With this, he is able to analyze with finesse the needs of the body and thus, establish a multifunctional treatment plan, touching on pain management, preventive exercises, diet and stress and sleep management. His diversified skills allow him to interact with a varied clientele (adults, children, babies, pregnant women, seniors, athletes, people with reduced capacities ...) and to offer a personalized approach to each one. To date, Valentyn has completed several continuing education courses:

  • Somato-emotional osteopathy

  • The tissue approach of osteopathy

Cynthia Cayer, osteopathe I.O., coach NLP, member of RITMA

Cynthia is a student in osteopathy at the ENOSI Osteopathy School, graduating in 2025. She began her clinical practice in osteopathy as an intern in 2023, further enriching her therapeutic background. Her practice is based on individualized sessions and therefore focused on the needs and objectives of each client. She supports a varied clientele, including children, infants and seniors.


Cynthia is also an experienced professional in the field of helping relationships, notably as a Neurolinguistic Programming Coach, offering effective support in brief therapy since 2015. In NLP, Cynthia works with a wide range of clients, but particularly with adults seeking personal and professional fulfillment. She also has an approach skill with adolescents demonstrating a willingness to undertake such an approach.

Eugénie Lessard, Osteopathy Intern (IO), member of RITMA.
Specializing in general osteopathy, geriatrics, pediatrics and pregnant women. Graduated in physiotherapy techniques in 2019, Eugénie then deepened her knowledge and skills in osteopathy at the ENOSI Osteopathy School where she is graduating in 2025.
Her passion for human beings and her desire to contribute to the health and well-being of her patients naturally led her towards this all-encompassing discipline. Her mission is to support patients in managing their pain, but also in adopting healthier and more balanced lifestyles. Through a global therapeutic approach, Eugénie advocates a proactive vision of health prevention, encouraging lifestyle habits that promote a continuous improvement in their quality of life.

Safia Hafdi-Lascelle, Osteopathy Intern (O.I.), is a graduating student from the Centre Ostéopathique du Québec and a member of RITMA, specializes in general osteopathy, senior care, pediatrics, and prenatal care. Driven by a sincere desire to help people regain an optimal quality of life, she combines her knowledge of kinesiology with a gentle and attentive osteopathic practice.

A graduate in Physical Activity Intervention, kinesiology profile (Bachelor’s degree from UQAM, 2017), and currently completing her studies in osteopathy, Safia is committed to providing effective, personalized care focused on each patient’s individual needs. Her therapeutic approach centers on active listening, prevention, and the search for the root causes of discomfort or pain. She strives not only to relieve symptoms but also to guide her patients toward a better awareness of their bodies and lasting health. Every treatment is an opportunity for proactive intervention, promoting mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Svitlana Goncharenko, massage therapist, specializing in therapeutic, relaxing, prenatal massage techniques, as well as trigger point and passive mobilization techniques.
Svitlana is a member of the Quebec Federation of Certified Massage Therapists, a graduate of the Ikra Massage Academy. Passionate about the art of massage within gentle therapies, she applies effective techniques to soothe not only discomfort in the body, but also help escape from the usual stress. The massage therapist offers professional and soothing services and contributes further to the promotion of healthy habits in everyday life.

Constantly evolving, Svitlana takes the performance of her treatment to heart. For this reason, she has completed additional courses in trigger point techniques and passive mobilization, lymphatic drainage, deep tissues, cupping therapy, prenatal massage.

Igor Lisovi, passionate massage therapist, with growing expertise in various therapeutic techniques, such as Swedish massage, prenatal massage, as well as specialized approaches in trigger points and passive mobilization.

A graduate of the IKRA Massage Therapy Academy and a member of the REGROUPEMENT DES MASSOTHERAPEUTES DU QUÉBEC since 2018, Igor works with a diverse clientele, including adults, pregnant women, seniors, and athletes, and he strives to personalize each session to meet the expectations and needs of each individual. His mission is to create an environment where clients feel listened to and safe, in order to offer them lasting relief and support them in their overall wellness journey.

His remarkable curiosity about new techniques has led Igor to currently pursue continuing education in sports massage therapy and physiotherapy, which allows him to deepen his knowledge and offer treatments even more adapted to the needs of our customers.
Initial training in paramedical care, complemented by training in massage therapy, allows Igor to offer an approach that is both technical and empathetic, focused on pain relief, stress management and the promotion of overall well-being. Charlotte is a dedicated therapist and passionate about health and well-being. Her client services extend both as a massage therapist, alternative medicine practitioner and as a nursing assistant.
