Hypnotherapy
Why use hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a technique recognized worldwide for its usefulness and effectiveness on a significant number of physical or psychological dysfunctions. Hypnosis is a modified state of consciousness that invites the client to enter a sort of trance that provides relaxation and well-being. The subject can thus receive "without filter" the benevolent suggestions of the therapist who is then responsible for questioning his unconscious in order to obtain answers on the significant nature of the symptoms, rather than confronting them point blank. A dialogue is then established between the conscious and unconscious of the client that will promote the substitution of toxic ideas with rewarding and objective thoughts and ideas.
The beneficial effects: hypnotherapy can help relieve many physical pains caused by headaches, fibromyalgia, neuromuscular pain, skin diseases, among others, but also addictions, not to mention mental disorders such as stress, phobias, anxiety, etc. Hypnotherapy has the particularity of going back to the beginnings of the problem and treating its cause.
Combined together, hypnotherapy and NLP coaching have the common prevalence of playing on the interaction between physical and mental health. Indeed, our thoughts rubbing off on our body through our nervous system and our hormones, they develop an internal environment that reflects our way of seeing things positively or negatively. This is why, thanks to the liberation of speech on a given problem, a synergy is created between the two entities that are the mind and the body in a positive connection. And invariably, everyone will be able to see that a healthy mind allows the body to function better.
During a session
A session, lasting one hour, generally takes place in three stages: induction, work on objectives and return to the waking state. Therapies involve the use of guided relaxation, intense concentration and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as trance. In this state, clients can explore their subconscious mind, allowing deep-seated issues to be addressed and resolved. The role of a hypnotherapist is not to diagnose or treat mental health issues, but rather to facilitate a process of self-exploration and healing through hypnosis.
